Liability with Services
Record keeping and liability are of prime importance with our Service. The demographics, clinical data and recommended advice are thoroughly documented on a call sheet for each physician, to become part of the patient's chart. We ensure prompt delivery of these documents by 9 am the next morning, via fax. Physicians' Triage Service was designed to enable physicians to spend quality time with their families and feel rested and refreshed after uninterrupted sleep. This enhanced sense of well-being helps to ensure increased productivity with your patients the next day. We are available to take your calls evenings, weekends and holidays. We are happy to assist with creating a flexible schedule that would meet your after hour needs.
Pediatric After-Hours Telephone Triage Services
Our registered nurses and pediatric nurse practitioners have extensive knowledge, experience and critical thinking skills in Primary Care Pediatrics and Urgent Care/Emergency Care Nursing.
Our nurses not only assess the child and advise appropriate treatment and advice, but also provide reassurance in a comforting and caring manner. Each nurse is required to have at least 5 years of pediatric experience. All of our nurses are also currently employed, part time, at large University hospitals. This enables continuity of up-to-date knowledge to enhance their pediatric skills.
Nurse Selection
The President and owner, Pat Miley, RN, personally selects our nurses for employment. We understand that treating both the child and the parent is essential in Pediatrics.
